Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Snowy Reminder mobile application and related services operated by IMOLA SP Z O O (the “Service Provider”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 1 September 2026.
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. IMOLA does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
Snowy Reminder does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Do third parties receive information?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, IMOLA does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Snowy Reminder does not require user accounts, does not create server-side user profiles, and does not keep a server-side history of ordinary in-app activity.
Travel reminders, event types, event times, alert offsets, location details, short notes, important-event markers, category filters, completed-event history, and related settings stored locally on your device remain under your control and are not retained by IMOLA as personal data on its servers.
Data Deletion
Where Snowy Reminder stores reminders, travel events, locations, notes, important-event states, completed-event history, filters, or similar information locally on your device, you can remove that information using controls available in the Application, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to IMOLA outside normal app use, you may request deletion at support@imolasp.online.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. IMOLA does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because Snowy Reminder does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure through IMOLA systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to IMOLA, appropriate steps and notifications will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
IMOLA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to IMOLA and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
